Boarding cards and cabin keys are issued during check-in, which is mandatory. You can check-in at Superfast Ferries booths located at the Passenger Terminal / Stazione Marittima. Please note that check-in closes thirty (30) minutes prior to scheduled departure. For further information, please refer to General Conditions & Information.

Following check-in, you are required to drive your vehicle to the parking area outside the vessel. Boarding starts two (2) hours prior to scheduled departure. Whether you travel with or without a vehicle, you should report for embarkation two (2) hours prior to scheduled departure time. To board the vessel you shall present a valid passport and other travel documents (if required) and your boarding card.

For your convenience, there is a shuttle-bus service at the ports of Bari and Ancona, to and from the terminal and the ships.

• *You may experience heavy traffic in the highways during weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday), bank holidays and in the summer period, so please plan your journey in order to arrive at the port on time.
• **Campers and caravans booked for camping on board: For your own convenience, it is advisable that on weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday), bank holidays and during the summer period you present yourselves at check-in 3 hours prior to the vessel’s departure.
• *** Due to ISPS Code (International Ship & Port facility Security Code) implementation at the port of Ancona , for your own convenience we recommend that you arrive at check-in 4 hours prior to the vessel’s departure.

Ancona port: Parking inside the port, is allowed only for check-in procedures in front of Maritime Station, and for embarkation procedures. There are many private parkings outside of the port : Please visit www.comune.ancona.it to see more.

Ancona rail station: The distance from the port to the railway station is about 2,5 km. Passenger can reach the railway station by: Bus in 5/10 minutes, bus station is outside the port, piazza della Repubblica , bus number 1 and 1/4 or by Taxi in 5 minutes
